Clifford joined Hong Kong Foodie in 2014 to share his love for his hometown, Hong Kong, with visitors. Clifford grew up in Hong Kong but has also spent significant time studying and working in different parts of the United States. Besides being an avid “Foodie,” Clifford is also a beverages enthusiast, especially for wines. Currently pursuing a Wine and Spirits Trust Diploma qualification, nothing pleases him more than finding a perfect wine pairing for a dish, elevating both for a gastronomic experience that is more than the sum of its parts. When not engaging with foodies from all around the world during our tours, Clifford works in the philanthropy industry in Hong Kong and has had previous experience in the management consulting, finance and non-profit fields.
