This ever changing city keeps surprising her with new sites to visit, and of course, new cuisines to try out! Carrie spent four years working in international gemstone trading field and traveled extensively in America, Europe, Middle East and Southeast Asia. But the true gem she loves to collect is the stories and experiences gained from meeting people around the world. She is also a keen outdoor explorer.
