Learn More about Hong Kong Foodie

Eat like a local

There are few walking tours in Hong Kong and even fewer are dedicated to uncovering what Hong Kong is famous for — an endless delight for food lovers. Started by passionate Hong Kong Foodies, our mission is to take hungry souls from around the world on a quest for the best local food that Hong Kong has to offer. Each Foodie Tour is the product of countless hours of research, spent wandering off the beaten path to follow our noses and taste buds. We have tried and tested dozens of restaurants in each neighborhood, sampled dishes, and quizzed restaurant owners, to put together itineraries that showcase locals’ most-loved foods. You’ll get to savor everything from dim sum to egg tarts, roast meat to wonton noodles, Chinese dessert to local seafood.

Discover Hong Kong’s History, Architecture and Culture

As we eat and drink our way through some of Hong Kong’s most iconic neighborhoods, you’ll learn from our Foodie Guide about its history, architecture,  local scene, and unique culture. Our goal is for everyone to return to these areas with confidence and take advantage of the wide range of food and cultural options that our city has to offer.

After graduating from university in her native Hong Kong, Yammy has since visited dozens of countries; yet she still insists her travel wish list is longer now than when she started.
Joining the travel industry 8 years ago, Yammy initially started as an outbound tour escort. Eager to offer something back to fellow travelers, having gained so much enjoyment from her own travel and food experiences over the years, Yammy joined Hong Kong Foodie to share her passion with other fellow travelers and locals alike.

His favorite activities when traveling? Wandering, feasting on local eats, sketching, and picking up the local dialect (usually food related). Back at home in Hong Kong, when not testing new recipes, Alvin is usually found sharing his passion for food, travel, and his native Hong Kong with fellow foodies as a Foodie Guide!

It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable.
